3 Orders & Payment

Order Confirmation

All orders placed on our website are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability or stock errors
• Pricing or typographical errors
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
• Failure to verify payment or customer information

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes where stated. Delivery fees are calculated based on your delivery state and are clearly shown at checkout before payment is completed. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the price agreed upon.

Bulk Discounts

We offer tiered bulk discounts based on the total number of items in your order. The applicable discount is automatically calculated and displayed in your order summary before payment. Discount tiers may change from time to time at our sole discretion.

Payment

Payments are securely processed by our payment partner, Paystack. We accept debit cards, bank transfers, USSD, and other methods supported by Paystack. We do not store your card details on our servers. Once payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation.

4 Delivery & Shipping

We deliver across all 37 states in Nigeria, including the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja. Delivery fees are determined by the state selected at checkout and are displayed transparently before payment.

Delivery Timeframes

• Lagos and FCT: 1–3 business days
• South-West, South-East, South-South: 2–5 business days
• Northern states: 3–7 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather, logistics delays, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery partners.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including state, address, and phone number. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address, additional fees may apply for re-delivery.

5 Returns & Refunds

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
• The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
• Some items (e.g., custom installations, used electronics) may not be eligible for return.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method or, if you prefer, via store credit.

Non-Refundable Items

• Products damaged by misuse, accident, or unauthorized modification.
• Software, digital downloads, or activation codes.
• Items purchased during clearance or final sale.

6 Warranty & Products

Many of our products come with a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty coverage, duration, and terms vary by product and are provided by the original manufacturer. Warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer or to us within the warranty period with valid proof of purchase.

Product images on our website are for illustration purposes. While we strive to display accurate colors and details, actual products may vary slightly. We recommend reviewing product specifications carefully before purchase.

7 Customer Accounts

To access certain features of our website (such as tracking orders), you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steff Global Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
